[CVPR 2024] Official PyTorch implementation of SuGaR: Surface-Aligned Gaussian Splatting for Efficient 3D Mesh Reconstruction and High-Quality Mesh Rendering
I used the sugical video to preprocess to obtain the images. Some times the reconstruction process in Colmap will block in: No good initial image pair found. And when the reconstruction successfully complete, it also costs a lot of time about more than 2 hours. The picture below is the point cloud result in colmap and the second picture is the final result after processing by SuGaR model.
