Is there something that I can read that states what this engine is or what OSs it can run on?

My hopes are to make a cross-platform engine for making Mega Man-like games. The plan is to use SDL so it should work on Windows, OS X, & any Unix-like operating systems. As I understand it, SDL works on Android too, so that may be a possibility as well.

I'm not the greatest coder. So I don't make any promises that this project will come to fruition.

Edit: It is named after the characters Rock & Roll from the Mega Man/Rockman series.
