This PR implements the Churn Risk Score Prediction in Python referred to in issue #13

Features in the Code: I have added the detailed code for Churn Risk Score Prediction and have summarised my process in the README.md file.
The jupyter-notebook contains:

Data Exploration
Data Cleaning
Data Visualization
Correlation
Model Building
Prediction.
