[Feature Request] More cssClass support for tables like in Minimal #187

Minimal supports several cssClass items that help format tables. The most handy being col-alt & row-alt. It would be great to see these added.

Implemented table highlight CSS classes for now, I'll get to work on the remaining aspects once I get time!
