[Bug] Windows buttons overlap in Workspace Layout: Border mode #188

Describe the bug When in Workspace Layout: Border mode the windows close/maximize/minimize buttons will overlap the UI until I close and open the right pane. Then switching what app/function is displayed in the right pane the buttons shift to cover the UI again.
