My color retitle function does not work. Can anyone help me?

I am experiencing the same. Rainbow folders seems to be broken :/

Adding here because it is on the same vain... Mine works but when disabled, you can't see icons in the bookmarks or links panes. When enabled you can but the text in the file browser is unreadable.
