Successfully added the abstract and technology stack to the file.

Dont add much just what is our abstract and technologies used Keep it short and simple No need to define each technology

Add Techstack used only in this Repo Also Keep the title as it is no need to change

Reduce the Abstract Also in the Abstract keep simple and also mention about this backend repo like

  1. Add Ethereum blockchain in Techstack
  2. What does this repo do in our project
  3. What functionalities does it provide (interacting with blockchain, IPFS, Account Management etc...)
