mindustry lacks libarcarm64

Platform: linux, aarch64

Build: 125.1

Issue:it lacks libarcarm64.so Steps to reproduce: attempt to run the jar file on aarch64

(Crash) logs: it did not create a log text file, but i got an image of the console logs

Mindustry does not support ARM.

Compiling for ARM is tedious, very few people use it and I don't care to support it.

Then please just remove the aarch option in flathub
