Adding Facebook Twitter and Google link

Hey. In footer i noticed facebook twitter and Google icon are not contain any link so I want to add link assign this issue to me under GSSoC-23 thanks.

can you give your G+ account link like twitter as email id won't work in place of G+ as when user clicks G+ a google plus profile needs to open like in case of facebook or twitter
