Fix Footer icons #592

I fixed the icons earlier in the Contact and Gallery pages. Now again by someone's change, Footer icons are not displaying in mostly pages. This need to be fixed. I would like to fix this issue. Thankyou!

@Priyaaa1 already corrected by someone else.

But there is Hover effect on only 2 icons (Twitter and Instagram) in every page. No Hover effect on remaining ones. I can resolve that.
