Issue Description:

When Inspecting on All Pages, this Below Thing Shows

For Reviewers

My Suggestion is complete off that code in All Web Pages if you feel, this is not necessary.
Other Side, According to Your Opinion basis on Put on Eligible Position on Banner Section.
