Redesigning of select language button

Description

The select language button is not looking appealing, It looks like it's there with no use. As a visitor, every element of the website must be talking and it must look pleasing for a user to hover over it. I want to redesign it and am willing to work on this issue please assign this to me under GSSOC23.
