Sticky Nav-bar #747

Description

The nav bar is not looking appealing and the nav elements are not even aligned they have uneven spaces in between, which highlights a bad UI experience for a visitor. I want to enhance the nav bar and make it sticky so that will enhance the overall experience and make it sticky will let the user not scroll again.
