Fixed hover effect in social media icons. #761

Changes proposed

Some social media icons were not having proper hover effect in Footer of every page also, the social icons in signup page were not having hover effect.
Added hover effect in the icons in which it was needed.

@yashi-15 footer section was already corrected by someone earlier then you so you can do these changes in home page our Chef's Section .
