Changes proposed

First, Revamped the Contributors page link into Button element.
Second, Added the revamped Contributors Button for all pages on Navigation Bar.
Overall this PR is about creating a new button for Contributors page and then adding them to all pages to ensure proper navigation across the Food Recipes Website.
