Fixes Issue #38: Added Favicon and optimized code for better readability of all pages. #43

In this PR, I have added Favicon to all the pages including login and sign-up page of this website, and it closes issue #38

Changes made:

  1. Removed duplicate meta tag for Twitter description.
  2. Simplified Twitter card content and changed to the original image
  3. Consolidated Google Fonts preconnect and link tags for better readability.
  4. Modified Head section of all pages on the website

I have made those changes on all pages of your website.
