We see the "X" next to the all tabs names is meant for closing or removing filters, add a tooltip on hover to explain its functionality to avoid confusion.

Add a clear visual distinction between active and inactive tabs. The active tab should have a more pronounced color or a border at the bottom. add hover effects for a more interactive experience.

Table Layout: The header row (with titles like "Name", "Applied On", etc.) should have a slightly different background color or a border to distinguish it from the content rows. add alternating row colors for easier reading. Add pagination or a "Load More" button if the list of applicants is long.

Sorting: The upward arrow next to certain column titles like "Name" and "Applied On" suggests sorting functionality. It would be more intuitive to have both upward and downward arrows to indicate ascending and descending order sorting.

Interactivity: For columns like "Skills" (change with job tittle), please use tags or chips to display multiple skills in a neat and organized manner. For the "History" and "Remarks" columns, can we add a small icon (like an eye or info icon) to indicate that it's clickable !

Search & Select: add a placeholder text inside the search bar, such as "Search by Name" to guide users + Fillters by all tabs or alone if need. For the "Select" checkbox column, add a master checkbox in the header could allow users to select all applicants at once.

Responsive Design: Ensure that the design is responsive, so it looks good on all devices. Especially if users might access on mobile or tablets, consider how columns might stack or be displayed differently.

Consistent Styling: Ensure consistent font sizes, colors, and styles.

Feedback Mechanism: add a feedback or help icon where users can report issues or seek help if they face any challenges.
