Encode.py is not able to detect a face and crashes #14

For certain face pictures faced library is unable to detect a face in the image and crashes after it. Building a if-else / try catch for same is required.

Issue is patched in commit b3479c29cf0724f78589d138bf616c5f3cf1ddc6
