Redirecting to top of home page by clicking on footer logo #738

On clicking on logo in the footer section, user will be redirected to the top of the home page

(Also press shift+alt+F to format document that's why this much code is updated))

On clicking and trying to hover it glitches like this and this issue is already addressed by someone else. You can try adding this in all the web pages. The glitch part is fixed by someone else.

And if we click on some other pages footer logo it redirects to the top not the homepage as mentioned in your issue and PR
