Prevent scrolling by swipe when releasing fingers from zooming #108

If the user starts to zoom, then releases her fingers, under some circumstances 
the display will 
scroll a little bit as if it had been swiped. There should be no case where the 
display scrolls after 
releasing fingers from zooming.
