First set the directory in your local machine : make a new directory before that set cd desktop/ then make app mkdir ebuy2/ set directory again : cd ebuy2/

then start with package installation : ng new ebuy2 --routing --style=scss ( it will show creating details in the cli ) then again use cd ebuy2/ then for directly opening vs studio type cd code . then connect your node server with AWS amplify by running command npm install -g @aws-amplify/cli then run amplify configure
