Support NixOS #26

Adds support for NixOS, linking with system raylib and glfw is needed and preferred on NixOS.

I still seem to have to add extra-libraries: raylib with stack, wasn't the case with platform-linux. this was me being a dumbass and having extra-libraries only in the examples, fixed it.
