Unblock? #24

In Settings, the ability to turn OFF/ON the block-list would be really handy for those times I want to re-enable them to see if their TO has changed.

Also.. my block-list seems really short. Does it auto prune or something?

Thanks for posting this suggestion @aesha-CORUS. I like the idea of a way to toggle the blocklist. That sounds very doable. The block-list shows the last 20 blocked requesters and last 20 blocked HITs but entries in your blocklists past that are still being blocked. I have some ideas of making the lists easier to navigate, but it's still in its early stages.

I didnt realize till recently that I could not clear/manipulate my block list like I normally do every 6 months.
