Turk Opticon ratings not working #70

Issue summary

The T.O. ratings are not showing up in the list of hits. Instead of being color coded, they are showing grey with a value of "No T.O.." It was working fine yesterday.

Same here, tested logged in to turkopticon and have tried on Ubuntu and Win 8.1 to make sure I didn't have a compatibility problem somehow. I tried on both Chromium and Microsoft Edge, meant to mention.

The issue is that the TurkOpticon links are outdated. They moved the data to Turkopticion.net and off of the USCD site.
