switch to CLI11 instead of Lyra?

None XD

There were 1 or 2 minor annoyances with lyra but CLI11 doesn't really address them as well, so ... this PR is pretty pointless.

The only argument for CLI11 over Lyra is that CLI11 seems to be much more active. So, I think we can just keep CLI11 as an alternative in our backpocket.
