Msvc build #2

Should be fixed by recent commits by Stefan and me.

@madmann91 as far as I can tell, there are still a few headers missing (albeit it might happen to compile without those if they happen to get pulled in by other stdlib headers) in the current master, and the release build should still be broken due to that #ifdef here

That #ifdef was removed by Stefan (here), and I've added the includes you gave me (here). Is there any other include I'm missing? Edit: I didn't merge this as-is because the #ifdef change had already been taken care of.
