After launching the Eligibility Certification System, the Comfy Crew has really been favoring using Discord to handle support tickets. I concur. However, they have gripes about ModMail which is our primary bot for managing support requests. We should poll the team a bit better, and then work towards tweaking ModMail or adding additional custom features with our own internal bot.
Consider using Helpy. We could host it on Heroku and use our existing Amazon S3 storage. It's a full fledged support ticketing system but private unlike Zendesk. We need someone to staff and respond, and of course we need better mod tools for all the fix my badge issues.
