Improve support for portable installs #13

This plugin predates portable OpenMW installs, so just detects the config's default location. A workaround for now is to not have a file in the default location, then you'll get a file picker each time, but that's hassle as it doesn't remember what you did last.

Proposal

Put the last-used path in the plugin settings or persistent data. If the file still exists when doing another export, ask the user if they'd like to use it again, autodetect the default path, or pick the location explicitly.
