[Worked around] OMOD with C# script can't be installed after any other scripted OMOD (including itself) without restarting MO2 #7

Cause is https://github.com/erri120/OMODFramework/issues/31 interfering with per-mod temp paths. If Erril accepts, fixed upstream by https://github.com/erri120/OMODFramework/pull/32. Will need to bump OMODFramework.Scripting if that gets merged.

https://github.com/AnyOldName3/modorganizer-installer_omod/commit/add15c1eed22ef4d12cf076880b5034fc2a8d891 is a viable workaround for now, but I'm not especially happy with it.

OMODFramework version is bumped, so this is no longer possible. I can revert the commit with the workaround now.
