Well, I messed this up a bit. This was pointed at the wrong branch, everything is being pushed to master now. I'll change master and pull it, thanks for pointing this out on the Spanish keyboard @vvch !
Edit: The newer Spanish keyboards already have the diaeresis "u" in them.
