Mark for publish a bunch of new packs #344

@martholomew can you take a look at this? I've gone over all the packs that are marked as ext.shouldBePublished = false and created new applications for them in Google Play Store.

So, we should be able to publish them automatically once this PR is merged.

Seems good, only issue is that the languages I've added which have previously published packages for are significantly different (added multiple new layouts and fixed older ones) from the already published packages for, for example, Hungarian.

@martholomew , we can publish those under a different application-id. Sounds good?
