Restructure files

So far, input data and functionalities are mixed in the files. The goal is to have a clear division with extra folders for data and results.

Tasks are:

• [x] Move inputdata excel to subfolder and adjust code
• [x] Clean files such that only methods are defined
• [x] Add main script where methods are called and input can be defined
• [x] Overthink handling of expert inputs and weighting
