Document Infinity, -Infinity, NaN literals in SQLite #241

SQLite supports Infinity and -Infinity values
SQLite does not support NaN
SQLite does not support Infinity, -Infinity, NaN literals
To get Infinity, use 1e999
To get -Infinity, use -1e999
