I've updated the AutoScriptAll.py script to allow you to send a notification with the outcome of the scale. This is useful so that you a) know your script ran and b) what outcomes it had. To get it to work, first create a topic (and a subscriber) in the OCI console and then put the topic OCID into the config file (under topic=)
