Fixed the shebang to use correct python env, Fixed the installation command for xlrd module and added support for windows server 2016 and 2019.

This repository seems to be out of date for some time now.

Yup..seems so. I have made a fork. If anyone wants to contribute can contribute there☺️ This was an awesome project. I want to continue building it.
