Cannot pass correctly the serverconfig.xml to 7dtd exe on a17. #1

Argument of config accepts only config file same directory of 7DaysToDieDedicated.exe, so it does not operate properly.

I wait for the stable version of a17 and make the a17 compatible version at the same time.
