1.png and 2.png are the lines when the phone was connected to the 2G network of 
ChinaUnicom.
3.png and 4.png(attached) are the lines when the phone was connected to the 
wifi of the  laptop hotspot.
Neither way can work as it used to.

According to your logs your client cannot connect to the server. You should try 
to contact your VPN provider.
