minivpn error on glaxy s3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download code from :  hg clone https://code.google.com/p/ics-openvpn/

2.import into eclipse
3.run on glaxy s3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
connect to vpn as normal i got error in screenshot bt this error not produced 
if i installed application from google play any recomendations.

What mobile phone are you using?
glaxy s3
Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?
