HSTS added #18

Added the STS header & the needed header_module. Also a short explanation.

Thank you for the various patches. Most welcome. I merged the version one immediately. This one is technically OK, but I will tweak with the description a bit. Probably next week. I also hope to find the time to run your Let's Encrypt guide and see how I will integrate it. Your contribution is really helpful.
