Request for latest security fix versions #18

There are security vulnerabilities (e.g. CVE-2023-0215, CVE-2023-0662, CVE-2023-0286, CVE-2023-0568, CVE-2022-4450) with some of the most recent versions of the downloads available from https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html

Downloads for more recent security fixes would resolve these. In particular, I am looking for (Windows version):

Thanks @duncanjdavis, we will update those components in the next version of XAMPP. Any PR or contribution will be welcome as well.
