IWorldMapSettings.WipeMapAtLogin: Wipe the client map whenever the player logs in.
This would delete the .db file each time the user logs in, forcing the file to be rebuilt from scratch. Waypoints would persist through logins, but would be stuck in the fog-of-war, unable to be pinned.
