Wishlist: Trusted peer mode

bitcoin-wallet currently has problems with battery and network usage. What I 
would like is the ability to designate one or two 'trusted peers'. These peers 
would then be considered golden and as long as they could be contacted, the 
wallet would contact no others.

If a golden peer could be contacted, bitcoin-wallet would then shift to a mode 
where it contacted them and synced with them every 3-5 minutes. This would 
allow it to spend more time communicating, and might use less network bandwidth.

One trusted peer has now been implemented. Note that in trusted peer mode, 
Bitcoin Wallet won't contact any other peers, even if the trusted peer cannot 
be connected.
