UI, MiniMap: Make markers scale at a different rate (or clamp) as compared with the zoom level #42

Markers now scales with the zoom level of the map. This makes the markers very small at the minimum zoom. It would be nice to make the minimum marker size a bit larger while maintaining the current zoom limits.
