People floater: Heading icons are not aligned with the check boxes of the items. #8

These icons need to take the vertical scroll bar visibility into account.

Also, the horizontal scroll bar should probably be removed. And icons representing the relationship permissions "OnlineStatus", "VisibleOnMap" and "ModifyObjects" should be created.
