Samsung DM55E. Typical ports are not open

I did a port scan on my Samsung DM55E and the only ports that are open are 1515, 6055, 7011, 7676, and 40000.

All open ports but 7676 will timeout and on 7676 I am getting Handshake status 400 Bad Request.

Any ideas?
