You can deploy the stream with no Approval [SBK-246] #36

Since step 1 is token approval, Step 2 should be greyed out until Step 1 is complete and confirmed

As a part of the update for the CreateStream button, just predicate the "open stream" button on having any allowance for the token to the stream manager (which is the result of button 1)
