~~CI errors are confusing. They don't occur for me locally. Error messages suggest the plugins aren't getting installed, but according to the logs they are.~~ Fixed in https://github.com/ApeWorX/ape/pull/2023

A crap, I didn't look for existing. There's some minor differences too. @fubuloubu would you like to handle this in any specific way?

Got #65 merged and the only differences left are the removal of some Goerli-based testnets.
