Fixes the ape importing error from the new version of starknet.py fixes: #7

Install ape-cairo from this pr and check that there is no error when we use the ape cli

[ ] Passes all linting checks (pre-commit and CI jobs)
[ ] New test cases have been added and are passing
[ ] Documentation has been updated
[ ] PR title follows Conventional Commit standard (will be automatically included in the changelog)

Please also note that this fix is temporary and using the newest version of starknet py would be better
