Upgrades from template changes
Upgrade eth-prefixed dependencies. NOTE: We need this to upgrade eth-prefixed dependencies in eth-ape
Updated the docs to be more like ape like

to test the docs, see the CONTRIBUTING changes

NOTE: This PR seems like a lot but really it is just catching a lot of things up by copying some code and changing ape to eip712.
