Description

npc overlay is updated to look better

Setting up testing environment

In the project window navigate to Project/Assets/Scenes and open the "FinalExam" and "Assignment" scene.
Press Play.

Fix Review

Npc overlay

Criteria:

[x] filler from the fear value is purple
[x] lineart and face is visible over the filler
